I was refused checking at the hotel, they demanded I pay them cash for the hotel fee. I showed them confirmation that I had paid onlibe through expedia.
They claimed they never had customers paid online. They wasted my time, insulted and embarassed me. I had to risk my life to get an emergency taxi to Ibadan from Lagos as I had no other place to stay.
I need my refund please
