UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME, SOON AS I ENTERED THE CARPET AT THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY DIRTY FILLED WITH SAND. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I WAS SHOWN THE ROOM, THE NEIGHBORHOOD DIDN'T LOOK SAFE. I HAD TO SUCK IT IN AS I KNEW I MIGHT NOT GET MY REFUND FOR THE 3 NIGHTS PAID.
I LEFT ALMOST IMMEDIATELY BUT CAME BACK IN THE NIGHT TO MEET THE HOTEL SMELLING OF CHEMICAL VERY HARSH THAT I WAS CHOKING, WHEN I ASKED THE MANAGER SAID THEY FUMIGATED THE HOTEL NOT MINDING THE HEALTH HAZARD FOR THEIR GUEST . I HAD TO CALL EXPEDIA FOR A REFUND, SINCE IT WAS LATE I MANAGED TO ENDURE THE NIGHT BUT LEFT THERE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, WAS VERY SICK FOR TWO DAYS FOR WHAT I INHALED IN THE HOTEL.

I need to apologize again for bringing up the issue of uncomfortability as regarding fumigation and uncleanliness of the hotel . Please believe that our intention was not to be hurtful. We would never intentionally cause you pain.
Honestly, I had forgotten/thought you'd broached the subject yourself. This is no excuse, however. I should have noticed that your reaction was one of sadness and hurt. My intuition, my tact, and my manners all failed me, and as a result I failed to be a good friend.
I hope that you will forgive us. I also hope it goes without saying that I won't mention the subject again. I value our relationship so much.

Decent hotel
Publié le 21 juill. 2017 sur HotelsBooked two rooms for 2 nights, the executive rooms looks clean but it was right below the loud generators. Customer service is decent and the hotel is very safe security wise. The lack of adequate parking leaves a lot to be desired and their free breakfast must be eaten in the restaurant or you pay 500 Naira to have it brought up to the room not to forget the poor WIFI. Overall the staff were excellent and the hotel remains one of the decent ones in the area.
