I stayed at the hotel for a night even though I extended by stay by booking for an additional night.
Initially, I was indifferent with my experience at the hotel, however things got worse when the hotel stated fumugating their rooms and coeridors while still having customers in their rooms.
This i considered as a health hazard and very risky to human health. I developed a mini sour throats and cough from this experience.
With all of this, the staffs weren't really sorry about the experience or ready to provide a remedy. They also innitially refuse to refund our money for the the day until we threatened to drag them on Twitter.
We had to check out of the hotel to move to another hotel.

Had to ask for toilet paper, tiny grainy tv, bad internet signal, poor bathroom

This is a substandard hotel, in my view. Although the outside of the premises and the reception area are ok, the condition of my room was poor. On entry, the room smelt bad, with this bad odour emanating from the bathroom. The wardrobe and fittings are old and tired, and the refrigerator in thenroon did not work (i pointed this out to the staff, but nothing was done). The beddings and towels were threadbare and tired, and the rather idiosyncratic choice of TV channels often didnt always work. There was a frustrating 2 day period when the WiFi was down and nobod seemed to know what to do about it. The staff were always polite, but not always able to help. Insuspect that this was once a fine hotel but it urgently needs investment and a facelift.

Staff was amazing. The first week was nice the second week the hall is on the 6th floor so they had conferences 3 days in a row and very noisy we complain and after the second day they moved us. Second room had ants the fumigated the next night I had ants crawling all over me. Right after we complained we was moved back up to the 6 th floor. Again the staff was great.
