Avis ++Enjoy Penthouse Beach Sunsets @ H2++

Property on 4th floor/walk up, but very spacious. Descriptions says beach views; should say distant, minimal beach views. Needs a deep cleaning; shower grout very dirty, no mattress cover on mattress with blood stain, cable, electricity and gas went off and host had to be called to add money to accounts. Kitchen wares should be upgraded. Reed mats on floor, pebbles in the sinks and rocks on the floor are just not feasible. Air conditioner in living room had to be repaired. Gas for cooking ran out for the 3rd time and we had to purchase enough to last until the end of our stay. With all this said, the host was very pleasant and responsive when called, but did not ensure gas was available.
