The room is very dusty and small cockroaches running around in their Standard Rooms. I had to pay more money to change to the so called VIP Suit with no running water on my first, after waiting for several hours. There are too many activities on the property with loud noises all day and night.

Dear Pwetty, We thank you very much for your patronage and for taking time out of your busy schedule to give this very useful feedback. We indeed apologize for performing below your expectations. We fumigate our hotel on a regular basis; in fact we just did again only yesterday - we'll track and also possibly increase the frequency of fumigation. All other issues raised (dusty room, no running water, loud noises..) have also been carefully noted and will continue to form part of our training points as always. I believe we must have responded promptly enough to address and resolve these issues. Please feel free to speak to me directly at your next visit. I enjoyed the hotel except the music that was too loud and the presence of tout boys & girls that look suspicious.
