Roaches in the room, blocked showered drain, intercom/phone wasn't working. I told the receptionist, they brought a Raid Spray from under the desk. They fixed the drain but after I brought it up with the booking company they said there wasn't an issue with the room. I left the same day.

Overall good
Publié le 21 oct. 2023 sur HotelsThe experience was good, neat, though the rooms are smaller than i though but not bad. I was disappointed with the food though, it seemed that it has stayed long time in the fridge. Every other things i give a good grade.
