This gorgeous south facing split-level Acacias Villa has a private pool, Air Con, brick-built BBQ, a fragrant garden and stunning panoramic sea views!
The fabulous panoramic sea views that welcome you as you open Villa Miranda's front door are breath-taking, and you know you'll want to spend hours on the veranda gazing at the captivating sea views while drinking coffee or sipping a glass of wine!
The relaxing, bright living room has a comfy sofa, two armchairs and a writing desk. The smart TV has international and BBC channels, is Netflix enabled, and there are books and games. The dining area, with a table & 6 chairs and matching sideboard, opens onto the veranda where a patio dining set is perfect for al fresco meals with sea views to die for!
The well-equipped kitchen has all the electrical appliances you'll need, and ample crockery, cookware, utensils, pots & pans. A service hatch links to the dining room and also gives the cook a sea view while preparing food! The kitchen patio, with a pretty bougainvillea-covered pergola, has a table and chairs, a brick BBQ and steps down to the pool area.
The entrance hall has a guest bathroom and stairs down to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1, with en-suite walk-in shower, bidet & WC, has a 5 ft bed, fitted wardrobe and doors to the pool patio. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobe and doors to the pool area. Beside Bedroom 2, the family bathroom has shower and toilet.
There is air con throughout the villa.
The Villa has its own Private Swimming Pool, 6.4 x 3.7m, Pool Shower and fragrant gardens front and back with garden furniture, 4 sun beds and a brick-built BBQ.
Located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic, the villa is just a short stroll to restaurants, shops and the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance and a car is not necessary. If you have a car there is free parking and you can discover the stunning coastline, beaches and the mountains inland.

Lovely villa, great location

Easy booking , easy travel from Faro. The Villa was a true home from Home. Everything catered for. Comfortable bed, comfortable clean rooms and excellent Showers. The pool was superb. Praia da Luz restaurant choices were superb. Great location for golf at Boavista, Santa Antonio
.avoid Espiche unless you like an unfair golf challenge and want to lose lots of balls!!!!

From even before the moment we arrived, everything was seamless – the directions to the apartment, the information, the place was spotless and well-maintained spacious and stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach shops, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere.The host was very friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free rental experience!

Great villa!

This is a lovely villa in a good location, although it is a fairly hard uphill climb from the centre. Uber very useful for shopping trips. It was very a quiet area most of the time although there were several days when gardens around were being maintained - it seemed like all day! But maybe the time of year for hedge trimming and the weather kept us in more often than if it had been sunny. Round the pool is very private and well kitted out. Great views from the upstairs terrace. We would definitely stay here again.

A week’s relaxation in the sun in a lovely location

Quiet and relaxing, just what we wanted. Fabulous panoramic views in great location, close enough to more than enough excellent restaurants and the beach etc. Loved the pool and various garden areas for relaxing and dining. The property was well furnished and had everything we could ever need and we made use of the built in bbq on several occasions. We would definitely visit again.

Amazing Villa

This villa has stunning views, is very spacious and stocked with everything you could need. We had the best time staying here. The hosts could not be more helpful and provide you with all the information you could need for the local area. Their recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The pool was perfect for the days we decided to spend at the villa. A short walk to the main beach, supermarkets and restaurants. It's on a hill but thay didn't bother us, in fact it was a good work out to keep off those extra holiday lbs from the Bola de Berlims- delicious. Thank you for making this such a perfect stay.

Tolles Haus mit Aussicht

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus ist super und die Aussicht wunderschön! Die Lage etwas oberhalb des Ortes macht es schön ruhig und man kann gut parken. Vorm Haus findet man immer einen schattigen Platz zum draußen sitzen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die GĂ€rtner, Poolboys und Putzfeen machen einen super Job! Die KĂŒche im Haus ist toll ausgestattet und die BĂ€der wirken frisch renoviert und sind richtig schön. Der Pool ist super! Wir haben ihn viel genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können das Haus wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Lovely villa

We had a wonderful family holiday in the villa. It had a perfect pool for kids to play in at the end of each day, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of space, good size beds (husband 6ft 5) and great showers. Just on the edge of Luz made it easy to walk into the village or get in the car to explore local beaches! Lots of fun had.

Great Villa in Luz!

Our family of 4 with 2 teen daughters loved this villa for our R&R time midway through a month long trip. The views are amazing so we really enjoyed our morning coffee & dinners! The kitchen is well stocked. The private pool is such a luxury! Luz is fantastic
just the right size! The beach is beautiful & convenient. But you’re also so close to Lagos for activities such as kayaking. The hosts were friendly & responsive & gave some great recommendations. We checked out Situo Do Forno on our dive down from Lisbon & loved it!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect location in the quiet village of Luz. If you don’ t mind walking just under 15 minutes into town and negotiating the walk back to the villa on the hill. We loved it! Had 2 issues that came up and owners and property managers were very responsive. We preferred the Luz location with a 10 minute taxi ride to Lagos whenever we wanted different restaurants or boat cruises. Lovely beach and easy access to cliff walks. Ocean view from the villa veranda is as pictured or take your coffee on the shady front patio in the morning. We were charmed

Fantastic Views

Lovely villa with everything you need for a great holiday. The view is fantastic, we had many a lazy breakfast or early evening glass of wine sat on the balcony. 10 min walk to restaurants and supermarkets. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed Luz and a great villa 15 mins walk from beach and restaurants. Villa spotless and well appointed. We hired a car for three days but you could easily do ok without. Burgas just up the coats is well worth a visit. Weather hot and aunt of course but with a nice breeze

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist super. Es war sehr sauber und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten jeden Tag die Aussicht auf den Atlantik genießen. Zu sehr guten Restaurants und an den Strand kommt man leicht zu Fuß. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus zu 100 % weiter.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Blick

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen etwas oberhalb in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Das Haus entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung und den Fotos und sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Restaurants, GeschĂ€fte und der Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig in 10 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, man darf aber die Lage oben am Berg nicht unterschĂ€tzen. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Hier und da stehen evtl. ein paar kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen aus.
