No food the menu is for decorative purposes
The gate security are absolutely amazing and helpful
I don’t know how they acquired 4 stars
The bed linen itches
The fridge was broken
There was no toothpaste
And the bathrooms need renovation

This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed. I booked two weeks in advance, when I arrived the room was not ready, I changed room threetimes, one of the room had no hot water, the bathroom was dirty and the room smells bad.
The second room had no internet, they finally changed my room to another floor] they claimed had internet but it never worked. The had only one towel in the room and one cake of bath soap that smells so sad.
When I asked ot checkout they refused and it took me two weeks to get a refund from Expedia.
Stay away from this hotel, i believedit shouldn't be on expedia.

Thank you for your view. But I will say this affirmatively, your view is bias it does not reflect the reality in the hotel. However, your opinion is well noted and we reviewing the hotel internal operations and at same time upgrading the facility to deliver top notch service to our esteem guest.

Power outages/ more T.V channels , hand towels would be nice to have.

The house keeping staff are doing a fantastic job. The gym is not really functional, because all the equipments are not in good condition.

The hotel is cool and it’s a perfect location but the room ceiling needs painting and they should make the breakfast a buffet atleast. Thanks

Thank you for your comment. The hotel has carried out general painting of the facility rooms inclusive to give the guest the desired satisfaction. The hotel has engaged the services of a new chef who has introduce more varieties and improved the standard of breakfast.

Hotel had roaches. Breakfast buffet was horrible. Not worth the price.

Thank you for your comment. The hotel now performs regular fumigation to mitigate against incidence of roaches. Breakfast has now been improved upon to give guest the required satisfaction and value for money.

My stay at the hotel was good. The Staff were helpful. The facilities require general upgrading
