It needs a good update.The patio that we had ,you could put your foot through in some areas.Parking valet was 45.00.The shower curtain didn’t stay shut.The toilet wouldn’t flush and our air conditioner was not working.

This is a great location right on the beach in Laguna. The suite we had was very spacious with plenty of room for our family. The valet staff is great, quick and helpful, and the hotel has beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and even games available. We have stayed here a few times, and we plan to stay again if given the opportunity.

Never book with this establishment
Rented a room that was supposed to have a king and a queen. Instead of a queen, it had a double. I complained and the manager said there are various sizes of queen beds. I asked what he thought the measurement of a queen was. He said Google it. So I actually took a measuring tape and gave him the size. He gave a thumbs up and walked away. The manager was a complete prick. Never have I seen such poor service. The room generally speaking was no better that a 1 star. The movie Saw is how I would describe the room. Nasty carpet and sofa. Musty smell. Just horrible. That said, the Hotels.com customer support was amazing. Very impressive and that’s why I book through them. Thank you Hotels.com!!

Disappointing….. very disappointing….. paid for a room with a king and queen with a full kitchen, we got it …. For a night…. Then they downgraded us to paper cups and NO chair to relax in. Was planning to cook dinner and spend a relaxing evening looking at the ocean but nope, had to throw food away for our downgrade. Very disappointed

We loved the location! We were upgraded to a room with a partial view of the ocean, and we could hear the waves! We were in an older building and had hot water problems, but staff were able to fix the problem and we did not have to change rooms. Overall the building was old, but the beds were quite comfortable, and the walk to the beach was easy and close. I would have appreciated a microwave, but not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again.
