I'm glad they got their only washer and only dryer back working. Always a pleasure to stay here, the front reception staff are awesome. All of the girls at work up front are very pleasant and helpful.

Staff is great, Very helpful willing to go out of the way to help. I do not like the fact that the washer dryers did not work. The last couple of times I was here. I think it's ridiculous that they have one washer and one dryer for this large facility, and neither one of them work. Please get them fixed. I don't wanna have to stay at another facility, But if I did it would be sonesta simply. They have five washers six dryers and they are free. I just don't like their $200 dollar deposit.
