Avis Luxurious Condo In Laguna Woods

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kim’s property. It is decorated beautifully with a very comfortable bed! It is well stocked with everything you might need.

Stayed at Kimberly's place while deciding whether to move to LWV. Kimberly was great in working with us to find dates that worked for everyone. Compared to most vacation rentals, the process is more involved, as Laguna Woods requires extensive forms, but Kimberly is experienced in all the ins and outs and made it relatively painless. Staying for 2 months, we were considered "residents" and had access to all the Laguna Woods has to offer. As for the unit itself, it has been very nicely remodeled (various dinner guests we had over commented how nice it was) and is in a very good location relative to many of the facilities. It is very close to Clubhouse 4, with its craft workshops. We rode our bikes to Clubhouses 2 (golf, pickleball, yoga, pool) and clubhouse 1 (various). Shopping is very handy. We went to the beach often, 15-20 minutes to Laguna, a bit longer to Crystal Cove, about 30 minutes to Dana Point and Aliso Beach. Everything worked fine while we were there, so there was no need to interact with Kimberly while we were there. All in all, an excellent experience.

... You are USUALLY right! However, in this situation regarding Ms. Kim's place in Laguna Woods, every word is true - and then some. There was ABSOLUTELY no detail or potential need overlooked - they were there for the "just in case" moments. This rare thoughtfulness saved me time/trips out when working late from "home". Beds are very high-end; having had a few back procedures from football days, I'm well-schooled in the make-up of a quality mattresses & LOVED these!! I can truthfully say I have not slept as well since departing on 6/30. As for the neighborhood, it is charming & quite lovely. I made some wonderful, new friends there; working in college football, my time with seniors-plus folks is quite limited. So, I was really blessed with this opportunity to learn from my daily encounters while out walking at Laguna Woods. Their life's wisdom was generously shared & I consider their phenomenal sense of humors to be treasures! Now, I could write non-stop of all the reasons why this property is clearly one of VRBO's ultimate offerings, having traveled 6,300+ miles in just one trip so far this year. I wish all my reviews/evals were this pleasant to prepare tho' that has not been my experience. However, it's good to know there are owners out there - like Ms. Kim - who understand the value of providing guests with Quality, Cleanliness & Comfort. With Laguna Woods, she's easily aced all 3 of those! Anyone fortunate enough to land at her place will see that everything is true! BIG KUDOS to VRBO & Ms. Kim & her Laguna Woods haven.

Kimberly made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything on hand that you would need. Our time in the condo was wonderful and I look forward to staying there again.
