Hotel trés bruyant . Insonorisation des chambres quasi nulle. Chambres peu lumineuses. Service excessivement long ( 15mn pour avoir du café au PDJ )!!!! On a le sentimet que c'est à celui qui en fera le moins au niveau du personnel.

Hotel was good . But needs updating. The female staff at breakfast area was rude need to be polite to customers they need to be re trained.

Overall a good stay. The rooms feel quite dated and there were some cleanliness issues with the room (sticky residue on the floor in front of the closet and some particles in the bathtub). The air conditioner was quite loud. Pillows and bed were comfy. The driver who picked us up was excellent, and was waiting patiently for us at the airport arrivals. The ride to the airport was smooth and quick, just like the check in. Interactions with the staff were always courteous, although sometimes they would take their time to fulfill a request.
