Extremely bad service

The staff was okay however after checking I kept calling regarding the a/c which never got fixed. The room was extremely hot, tried several times but air-condition never threw cold air, just fan. The staff kept telling 10 minutes every time I called. Plus I called house keeping to change the bedsheets and I was charged Rs 2500 for it. Overall it wasn't a pleasant experience, I kept sweating through out my stay and the aircondtion was never fixed. I will never ever stay at this location or recommend anyone of my family or friends to stay there either

Gostei da localização do hotel, é bem favorável para ir para todos os principais pontos da cidade, seja de uber, ou até mesmo a pé. Hotel com uma boa segurança , com staff bem eficiente. Achei o café da manhã com poucas opções para o padrão Sheraton, principalmente para quem vem de outros países e não possuem o habito da alimentação tradicional. Limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar. Acredito que o hotel precisa passar por reformas.

I did not enjoy my trip at the very begning i was told on my check in the package i been offered was totally different been told to hotel management that was very disappointing food quality was not good make my tumy upset i am over disappointed in my stay i will not book that hotel again
