Great Hotel!

The hotel has a direct access to the "Emporium mall" in case you need to go for shopping which is a good thing.
Two things could be improved: adding half an hour to the breakfast time 11:00 am instead of 10:30 am, and beeing more carefull with the bed sheets. Not that the sheet were dirty, but they had some stains that seems not to go with washing and it's a pitty when you look at the general cleanliness of the hotel which is outstanding.

On the last day of my stay when I was ready to go for breakfast my wristwatch was in my carry-on bag, but when I came back to my room, I checked my watch it was missing. It was stolen when I went for breakfast, the only person I saw going into my hotel room was a cleaning lady. My watch was Baume and Mercier. I will not stay at this hotel.

The place to stay in Lahore!

Just a shame about the slow service, asked for multiple items such as loo roll, iron etc. on separate occasions and was waiting over an hour. I understand sometimes there is delay but there was no communication to advise of the delay. Despite that I would stay here again, the buffet was amazing - so much choice! & the fact that you have your own entrance to the mall
