During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an amazing experience. The welcome was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Ms. Naveria from Guest Relations. She made our stay unforgettable with her warm smile and exceptional service. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured our comfort from the moment we arrived. Poor Customer Service
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsIt is a pleasant place to stay, close to the airport, but the client etiquette is lacking. They will rule in favor of the company over the client even if it amounts to saving pennies giving little concern for the client EVEN WHEN THEY RECOGNIZED THEY WERE IN THE WRONG! Mediocre customer service, BEWARE!
