Simply A Dream
Publié le 9 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cottage truly is a magical place. From the moment we set foot on the bridge/walkway leading to the property at night, and a series of warm and inviting lights sprang to life to welcome us, I knew we were in for the treat.
The cottage interior itself is cozy as can be, with numerous antique and wooden fixtures and finishes that epitomize the word "cottage." The gorgeous stone fireplace and numerous holiday-themed decorations were a highlight, as was the antler chandelier in the dining area. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway, such as coffee, tea, kitchenware, boardgames, a smart tv with all the apps, and more!
Most importantly and impressively, they have painstakingly labeled every inch of the place with information and instructions, so you're never left wondering how best to be considerate of the property during your stay and can focus on the atmosphere of your surroundings.
On our final night there, we opted to stay in and relax in the warmth and comfort of the cottage, as we found it so splendid we didn't want to be anywhere else. When you're in an area as pretty as Lake Arrowhead, that's saying something. 10/10, we will absolutely be back for another stay!

Cozy & Relaxing!

Lovely Mountain Cabin
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the cabin so much. It was perfect for us. It's clean, comfortable, well appointed and QUIET. Very relaxing. The bed was comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. It's close to The Village.
There are folders with all the info on restaurants, shops, activities, things to do, maps, etc. It was decorated tastefully for Christmas too. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Lake Arrowhead Cabin

Theresa - Thanks! Our Hershey Cabin really is a "Wonderful Lake Arrowhead Cabin"! Gorgeous, nearly 100 year old interior of redwood and knotty pine. Beautiful quartz fireplace, and a wonderful "treehouse like" bedroom!

Perfect Cottage Getaway

The cabin itself, the patios and deck all lend themselves to tranquil relaxation and reflection. Sitting in front of the fireplace in comfy chairs with heavy blankets watching a plethora of streaming options and a sound system is sublime. The town is very close if you feel inclined. The kitchen is fully loaded. This cabin is a treasure.

Cozy Mountain Cottage
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is located in a forested section of Lake Arrowhead that is about 4min away from the local market/shopping center. It is nestled amongst the trees and just over a wood bridge that crosses a stream.
The cottage is extremely well appointed- everything you could want is available. We appreciated that everything was labeled, so we didn't have to search for cooking items, spend time trying to figure out how to work the TV, heater, or how to get hot water in the shower.
The decor of the cottage is just what one would want for a cabin in the forest- rustic and warm wood tones. But this decor was very high end and beautifully styled.
The bed and linens were very comfortable, with extra available. towels. The living room was cozy with a gas fireplace and a large TV. There were lots of games to play if TV wasn't what you wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals.
If you are looking for a relaxing get away, this definitely is that place for you. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Charming hidden gem
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin and it's location was from a fairy tale. Beautifully nestled in the woods with a trickling creek in front and a bridge to go across. The cabin was meticulously renovated, clean and well stocked. So much information about the surrounding area, activities and dining were provided. The owners notified me when the room was ready early and they were quick to respond to any questions. It is less than a mile from Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake. The price for the cabin is a BARGIN for what you get. We will not be staying anywhere else when we go back. I highly recommend this cabin for your stay.

Like Mitch said "Fantastic"! The cottage is immaculate and is tucked away deep in the forest on a 1/2 acre lot. It is the perfect get-a-way!!
