Traveling with my family across country and booked this hotel ahead of time. Hotel didn’t notify me until checking in at 2am that the power would be out in the morning. This is a massive inconvenience cause this was a day we had planned on resting up and leaving later in the morning, instead we had to get up at 5am so we could shower and get ready. We are now exhausted and this has put a massive damper on our trip. Horrible guest service, you should have notified all guests of this outage. I work in hotels and that was poorly done. Hotel room was dirty and stains on sheets, AC wasn’t functioning properly. Just overall not a good time at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was nice the only bad thing was the bathtub was very old and felt like you where going to break it if you weigh more then 300 my husband is a big guy and he was very scared to shower
