Mr. Curtis was very nice upon our arrival, other staff not so much. The other front desk worker was not friendly. There also was, I believe to be a kitchen staff worker, that was rude the second morning of our stay.

The rooms were a good size. Quiet. My issues were the hairy bathroom floor(the front desk lady came and clean because housekeeping didnt come after 2 hours), the showerhead only released water from the middle and was very fragile when trying to move, water fixtures were not cleaned!, fixture directly under faucet was yellow dirty and not cleaned, shower gel/shampoo dispenser and holder was had caked up dirt and rust. The tub was a dingy yellow, around bottom where floor met had not been cleaned and had brown dirt, toilet caulking had come loose and was dirty as well. The carpet was stained all over the room. The beds were hard but the pillows were nice

The hotel was very clean & smelled clean. It was a great stay , 10 minutes from everything . The only complaint was no kind of shade at pool area. Not even umbrellas.
