I don’t stay because it’s was close tell your company stop booking people and making people thinking they got somewhere to stay and they don’t have somewhere that’s show make me mad is hell!!!!!

Mislead, deceived and still No Refund 3 weeks
Publié le 13 oct. 2020 sur HotelsBooked two rooms to come down and volunteer cleaning up the hurricane ravished area. Upon arrival after a 16 hour drive the hotel was inoperable and closed for business. Forcing us to try and find other accommodations.
That was Sept. 23 and Still No refund

I showed up to the hotel and it was missing the roof due to hurricane Laura. We have not been able to get ahold of anyone to get a refund or a new hotel. My guys had to sleep in there trucks for 2 days
