Stay in Lake City
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDid see a small mouse first night upstairs and purchased four mouse traps. Never caught the critter.
No hand rails on outside steps and stairs going upstairs. One person was 74 and was scared on the steps.
Some of the Air Conditioners were plugged into non grounded outlets which consider dangerous. Last night went upstairs to watch a movie and three times the TV/ Air Conditioner tripped the breaker so moved the event downstairs.
We did however have a good family time with many great memories.

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house. It was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect; we could walk to downtown and lakeshore in minutes. Also, the host was very responsive to the couple of questions we had.

Wonderful property
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family greatly enjoyed a long weekend at this wonderful rental. The home is beautiful and so much more spacious than we expected. The outdoor games and patio were our favorite however we also enjoyed the board games and Pac Man. We walked or biked everywhere. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from kwik trip and the main road less than one block away but it didn’t bother us. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was an older yet beautiful place to stay . Very convenient to amenities . My family as well as my sisters family stayed there and we had a great time . We had plenty of towels / bedding as well as games to play in the evenings . Thank you

Mixed emotions

I did have some concerns while at the home. I was not able to get the VRBO communication to work properly, probably due to my cell service carrier. After attempting that several times I texted the phone number of our host but have not heard back. There was 1 item (chair) that needed repair when we arrived. I took pictures of it and sent to my host. On Sunday while we were away from the house part of the fire pit disappeared . We were not sure if the host removed it to do some work on it or if it was stolen. This was concerning to us. We always try to take the best care of the property we stay in and leave it in the same shape we found it.

Girls 100 mile garage sale weekend
Publié le 4 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt is a beautiful house! Everything looks neat and is a warm welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the front porch even though it was a wet and rainy weekend. Tried to light the propane fire table but could not get it to stay lit without continuing to hold the dial in. We all enjoyed the entire house.

Beautiful home with great location only 3 blocks from the water
Publié le 26 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe host was fast to respond to any inquiries. My kids affectionately called this the "Pac Man house". Great layout and beautiful woodwork throughout. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was beautiful.
