Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery nice, very clean. Cozy little cottage with a nice hot tub. Bed was very comfortable which was a plus. The view from right outside the doorwas absolutely breathtaking. Id stay here again.

Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is cute and cozy, perfect for a couple. Jim is an excellent host and a fantastic communicator. We loved soaking in the hot tub after hiking. We will stay here again next summer.

I loved reading the stories of the inn and its 3 ownerships.
Ouray is a great little town a this inn is right downhill from a great chocolate shop.

Lake City Fishing Trip
Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFantastic little place for two in the neighborhood across the street from the Sportsman where our fly fishing trips left out of (ask for Matt - he is fantastic!). Jim was very communicative, nice hot tub in and aspen grove on the property. We will be back!

A great place to kick your feet up!

I would book this place again in a heartbeat! (The decor and artwork alone was worth staying here for)

Exactly what we needed
Publié le 15 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayJim made the check in process so easy. The cabin was very clean, super quiet even with other guests upstairs, and had everything we needed for just the two of us. We normally come with several/a lot of our family members but have never stayed at an of the Gowdy properties. After this experience, we would be very happy to stay at whichever Gowdy property best accommodates our group. Great people, great experience.
