Chambre mal insonorisée. Hôtel a proximité de la route... Odeur de tabac dans la chambre.

Hotel correct et propre mais besoin de rénovation
Publié le 10 févr. 2016 sur HotelsQualité inn propre mais cependant assez défraîchi ... Chambre spacieuse salle de bain correcte avec bonne pression de l'eau. Quartier sans rien autour si ca n est le casino de jeux un peu plus bas près de l'hôtel voisin econolodge qui lui est vraiment à déconseillé. Levé trop tardif donc pas pu tester le petit déjeuné

Publié le 25 mai 2015 sur HotelsChambre propre, personnel accueillant. Environnement calme. Nous avions oubliés des chocolats dans le frigo il nous les avaient mis de côté et nous on appelées pour nous le dire. Nous aurions juste préférées un très grand lit plutôt que deux moyens.

Not happy with the cigarette smell especially with a baby. Shower was clogged. Kids up all night upstairs. No breakfast served as well. Never stay here again

This place is super sketchy. We checked in late at 10 pm. Guys hanging out on balcony, people sleeping in vehicle, just felt very unsafe. Sign that said NO REFUNDS 10 minutes after check in. Never seen that. Checked our first room -stunk. Got another room. I had my own blanket and pillow and tried not to touch anything. Threadbare towels -stained. Appeared a prostitute was checking in after us.

They had a 10 min refund policy stated on there window at check in. Went up to my room and noticed my door wouldn't lock. It was very hot and smelled musty. Went back down stairs and tried to get a refund and couldn't get one. Then had hotels.com call them and request a refund and they stated after three attempts they could not get the manager to approve. Area is shady and do not recommend staying here.
