Super hotel

Très bon hôtel. Grande chambre ,propre et lit confortable. Super petit déjeuner avec du chaud (omelettes, viandes, pain,gaufres, yaourts,céréales,fruits......). Petite piscine agréable avec jacuzzi.

It have everything that u need for short stay not like big fency hotel dont even have a refrigerator or microwave

We stayed in a room on the third floor that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The sheet came off the pull out sofa and there was a big brown stain the size of a football on the mattress. The mattress was disgusting! I can’t believe how they could allow that. Front Desk Staff is rude. My first encounter with front desk was before my stay. I called because I needed to add a person to the reservation and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. An hour passed and I never got a call back. I called again and they said that they were busy helping other guests- no apology. They told me they would call back which they did but was about an hour and a half later at 10:30pm. I was asleep. overnight staff was rude during my stay. I had called around 8:45pm to ask for extra blankets and the male front desk person said that they would have someone bring them. At 10pm I called because no one ever came. The female front desk person with an accent said, “Well i just got in and no one said anything to me. No one is going to take you anything.” The kindest people were the staff at the restaurant during breakfast. They were very kind and helpful. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel. Pay a few extra bucks to stay at a cleaner hotel with better customer service.

We are glad to hear you decided to stay with us, but we deeply apologize that your experience here didn't exceed your expectations. I apologize for the miscommunication with Front Desk regarding the phone call. We have been short staffed and very busy due to the recent fire in Orange County. I will find out who spoke to you that night and make sure this doesn't happen again. As for the mattress, if we had another room available for you to switch we would do that if it was brought to the attention of the Front Desk. We are glad you enjoyed the breakfast staff and we hope you give us a second chance to set things right!Thank you and have a wonderful rest of your day!
