They stated in the morning some type of food to be on site. Neither morning there was nothing provided or offered.

The property was short-staffed and were having difficulties with their Check-in system. We had to wait 20-30 minutes to get checked in.

Very dirty. The refrigerator had stains on the outside. Outside of the hotel had homeless and people getting arrested. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay.

I had to wait 20 minutes for front desk customer service check in horrible never staying there again

There were large trash bags that housekeeping left outside my door the whole visit. Advertised- grab and go breakfast. What a joke the only item was a small chocolate muffin and you had to ask front desk for it, most important No coffee! Offered. They said their coffee machine was broken- they could’ve purchased large containers of coffee from numerous businesses instead of no coffee. Over 40 years I’ve never had any hotel with No coffee Never again!!!
