Furniture was old and chipped, lamp shades were dirty, stains on bed spread, bathroom door would not shut, walk in shower was a joke, water went all over the floor. Breakfast area was messy, garbage by coffee dispenser was overflowing. If you are going to use the Wyndham name, you need to live up to the name. I could have gotten a better room at a Super 8 for $80 a night, instead I paid $426.00 What a total rip off. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Good stay and loved the huge tub.
Good stay. Nice breakfast. Didn’t clean the room or sheets during our three day stay but did bring us extra towels and empty the trash. Maybe that was their policy but it wasn’t told to me when I checked in. Wasn’t a huge deal but would have liked to have known prior. Enormous garden tub in room that was lovely. Big spacious room. Great location. Older but clean.

If you are in the area for a concert, be prepared to pay at least 3x more than the average rate and more than if you are at venues like Red Rocks. The difference in Red Rocks is the facilities are upgraded, nicer and have more amenities than this AmericInn. It’s a sub standard non upgraded AmericInn that makes no effort. Needs upgrades and our room door didn’t even close properly and we had to really Jimmy the door tog eat it to shut all the way - same with our bathroom door in the room.

The property was clean and tidy. There was nothing special about it but the staff was excellent! The gym room was smelly and the equipment was ok. The room was very clean but didn’t have a safe. Decent fridge and coffee pot. The breakfast was the same thing every day but is tasted good. I like the property and I would stay again.
