Beautiful condo
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis spacious 1BR condo has been beautifully and tastefully remodeled and furnished. It is thoughtfully appointed for rentals and has a beautiful view of Lake Como. The owners were very easy to communicate with prior to arrival and upon departure. We did not have need to contact them during our stay as everything was in order. Great hosts!

Second visit just as great!

Everything was just as great this time too. The communication with the owner is outstanding! The view of the water is one of our favorite features, and the place is so clean and SO welcoming! We even went kayaking, the rentals are walking distance.
This place is a gem!

Sleepless.
Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayCondo was clean. It was as advertised. However, the mattress was simply awful. You could not be unaware of how bad it is as you could see the lumps. Very soft without support. We, in fact, left one night early. Response was they would have to replace it. Guess that bottle of wine and our paid lost night went towards a mattress.

We take guest comfort very seriously, and we regret that the mattress did not meet your expectations. We were unaware of the issue with the mattress until you brought up yours concerns. As I mentioned in our communications, we would be resolving this immediately which we did the same day.

However the floors were slick because of whatever they used to clean them with … pine cleaner of some sort There was no hot water in the kitchen?! … we wished that there was a tv in the bedroom … e would check it out again!
