College sorority reunion
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was excellent. Close to the lake, lakefront path and the downtown area. The back porch and communal areas were all wonderful to hang out in and catch up with old friends. More than enough towels available to use. I wish there were more showers, but we somehow managed as we didn't have tight schedules. I can't imagine 19 people staying there as with 12, we were pretty tight. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Nora for the nice review. I'm so glad you all enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry about the shower situation. The home is 140 years old and trying to keep the original feeling of the house but we do line up projects during off season and appreciate any and all input. A first floor shower is lined up for this winter.

Perfect spot!
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location… very short walk to the downtown area. The house is large, clean and very well stocked. Maureen was very responsive to our questions and the checkin/check out process couldn’t have been more simple!

Great Experience
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family stayed at Moore Manor for my son’s wedding weekend. The house was amazing and is an easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home has all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the lovely screened porch and gathered around the fire pit in the private back yard. Plenty of parking. Host Maureen was very responsive and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely place for family reunion
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is beautiful, very clean, and in an amazing location, 1 block from lake, 3-4 blocks from beach and town. The bedrooms held our 15 people very well with bedrooms for families and couples. Stocked kitchen, large dining table and great screened porch. Only downside is though many washrooms, only 2 with showers, surprising. Air conditioning, wifi all worked great. 2 weber grills (not gas). Games for kids. Host responded fast and very accommodating. Easy check in and out. Recommend!

Family Celebration in Lake Geneva
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at Moore Manor was totally what we were hoping for. All of our objectives were met. We had a great time in Lake Geneva and enjoyed the house and all of its many amenities. We highly recommend staying here if planning a quality vacation in the area.
