Great location and easy to walk into town. Really big indoor pool, wish it was heated but the hot tub is big and nice too.

Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Staff didn't text or call to let us know when the room was clean after pre-check in. Pool & hot tub were wonderful.

Location is great- near bpat dock and downtown. Very overpriced for amenities. No tissues, crappy sofa bed, small bed, no upgraded mattress or bedding. No luxury- basic, basic, basic.

Dear Lori,Thanks for your feedback. We proved facial tissue in all of our suites and we offer queen and king size beds which is standard in all hotels. We do not advertise as being a luxury resort, but provide our guests with an all suite experience.

Great location, but otherwise this was what I would call an average hotel. We were charged a resort fee on top of what we were charged by Expedia. Not sure what that included (the outdoor pool was closed). No other amenities were provided. not even free coffee in the morning.

Dear Timothy,Thank you for your feedback. Our resort fee consists of Wi-Fi, 2 parking passes, daily housekeeping service, 24 hour guest service as well as our indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Our outdoor pool is seasonal, but our indoor pool is open year round. We provide coffee in all of our guestrooms.
