Plus, it’s pet friendly so your furry friends and family can come along as well.

The Space:
Location is everything, and Lockwood Lodge is just a short mile walk or ride to all the shops, restaurants, and, of course, the beach!

Three full bedrooms provide your group with plenty of space to spread out, while cozy living areas bring you back together for the moments that matter most. The living room is bathed in natural light and provides plush sofa and armchair seating with a large smart TV to binge all your favorite shows and movies. A spacious, fully stocked kitchen with standard appliances and cookware gives the option for group meal prep with included island with seating for 2. Take your well-earned meal to the high-top dining room table with stool seating for 4.

Outdoors, kick your feet up on the patio with included grill or at the nearby firepit, perfect to gather around during those chillier months.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed enclosed behind elegant French doors.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and plentiful windows.

Bedroom #3 includes 4 full size beds in bunk format.

The home also includes 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. The first floor bathroom features a vanity with shower/tub combo, and the second floor bathroom has a single vanity with walk-in shower.

The Geneva Lake Shore Path is over 20 miles long and offers views of historical estates on one side with clear blue waters and tranquil views on the other. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters. Be sure to time your evening right to catch a stunning Geneva Lake sunset from anywhere along the shore path. With so many things to do and see, you’ll want to visit Geneva Lake over and over again.

Neighbor was run down but quiet. Outside of property was less than expected, especially the back patio. Patio furniture set on 3in stone. Unstable and uneven. Poorly landscaped. Inside was well kept and clean. Upstairs shower handle is broken and falls off. Painful when it hits your foot.

In spite of the smaller kitchen/living room, we were able to make use of the various dining spaces and gather around the coffee table to play games together! The 3 bedrooms are very comfy, and we liked that the bunk beds were FULL-size (rather than narrow twin-size) with extra padding over the mattresses. We also appreciated all the supplies provided to make our stay more comfortable (but there's also a Walmart nearby)! It was too cold to make use of the outdoor patio area and fire pit but those would be a great place to spend time outside. The location was perfect for making trips out to hiking trails with the doggos (Big Foot Beach State Park is nearby with many wonderful trails) which both humans and dogs enjoyed! The town of Lake Geneva is a short drive away with many great shops/restaurants (had fun creating scents at the Candle Mercantile and LOVED Simple Cafe)! And although we didn't have time, coming from the Chicago area, the location would be great as a closer starting point for exploring cities further into Wisconsin like Milwaukee, Madison, New Glarus, etc. The owner was very accessible and accommodating, and we enjoyed our relaxing family retreat at the Lakewood Lodge!
