Last year we stayed in a very comfortable cabin with lots of room this year they put us in a tiny cabin you could not even turn around in it was so small and charged the same amount as last year and there was no hot water at all so we left a day early and we are hoping to get a refund

Louise - You chose the cabin when you made your reservation. We do NOT chose cabins for our guests. We have cabins that range from studios up to 3 bedrooms at different price ranges. It is not our fault that you reserved the wrong type cabin when you booked through a third party.As for the hot water, you did not tell us it wasn't working until your third day there. We were at the car show, you called to say it wasn't working and we were there within 15 minutes to check it. You had already decided to leave, right before the rain came for the rest of the weekend.As for a refund, our policy clearly states no cancellations or refunds. In the future, when you stay at a resort, we would like to suggest you contact the main office when you have a problem so that it can be resolved immediately instead of leaving terrible reviews about a business that works hard to make people's vacations exceed their expectations.

Overall the stay was great! Kids enjoyed the outdoors.
We had an issue with our payment through Expedia. But the owner resolved the problem within few minutes. Quickly took care of the problem.

Morgan - as I've replied on your other review on Google Business, you checked out early and never gave us an opportunity to address your concerns. Both small issues could have easily been rectified for you. We did not learn about your concerns until you left and then gave us a terrible review (now twice).Our policy clearly states no refunds. We hope you and your family enjoy the rest of your summer.

One of my favorite places to stay in Lake George. Slightly tucked away but minutes from town. Staff was extremely helpful for whatever I needed. The owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.
