Way better than expected. The beds were too soft for my liking, but that's totally personal preference.

The property was nice and my kids loved all the things to do there, but staff was not friendly at all. They werent rotten and we didnt have issues but they never smile, never make eye contact, say bare minimum. We felt like a bother just checking in. Other than that we really like the facility.

They need to adjust the door closers for every room... every door slams when it is left ... All you hear all day and night is the people up and dowwn the hall's doors slamming

Not as expected
Posted Aug. 21, 2024 on HotelsWe had an alright stay. Our bed was not even and made you feel like you were falling off the edge. We had only a small bottle of shampoo and bar of soap, absolutely no conditioner. The woman I dealt with several times at the front desk wasn’t warm and welcoming. There were areas that were not super clean and they kept the temperature freezing. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the free breakfast was pretty good. Wi-Fi was horrible and we had repeated trouble staying connected. Room was also smaller than we believed and we got a large room. Kind of disappointed with the experience overall.
