Margaret and Mary Pat were terrific guests. Communicated well, respected our condo and abided by our house rules. I would be lucky if every guest was like them, and hope they will consider staying at our place again!

Our host was communicative during our stay, and prior to sent a detailed list of the neighborhood rules, how to enter the parking lot and the condo, and several recommended places to eat. It was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had and look forward to returning!

Thanks for the wonderful review. We're so glad you had a great time, and hope to have to stay at our condo again. May we suggest the fall foliage (Oct - Nov), the winter season (Dec - Feb) with skiing and other winter activities near us, and the summer, when the pools, hot tub and the Boulder Lake Club are open.

Publié le 1 août 2023 sur HomeAwayMe and my family have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s property! Everything there is great! The condo is fully stocked with everything one would need. The area is beautiful with so much to do. But even if you don’t do anything and just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view you would still have an amazing time. Ken is very quick to reply to any question you might have. Overall a great place that I highly recommend!!

Boulder Lake View Condo
Publié le 15 mai 2022 sur HomeAwayThis condo location is good, being very close to restaurants and activities in the area. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars. The view of Boulder Lake is great, however the living room, dining room windows are very dirty, impairing the view. The view from the balcony is great, however the sliding door glass dirty and the sliding screen door is broken. The interior..the 3 living room sofa's are old and were covered with throw's. The kitchen...we found only 2 glasses matched, silverware old, toaster was ancient & dirty as was toaster oven...microwave and stove were good and operated well. Carpeting throughout the entire condo was so..so. Both bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Based upon the cost per day..this unit was a good value for the money.

We found this reviewer more than considerably critical. We have stayed in top level resorts and hotels all over the world for considerably more money than we charge, and many offer far less than what we offer, especially the beautiful scenery, amenities and area. In addtion, we have spent a considerable amount of money investing in community improvements to increase our guests' enjoyment. The beds and sofas are relatively new and are in great shape, and the fact the sofas (one queen sofabed and the twin recliners) have throws on them should not be considered a negative. Rather than viewing this guest's review as a fair appraisal of a vacation experience, we would prefer to have potential renters rely on the hundreds of very positive reviews that previous guests have graced us with, for which we are extremely grateful.

Fun trip to the Poconos!
