Fall at Big Boulder Lake has beautiful foliage, hiking, and biking trails.

A breathtaking view of the 175-acre Big Boulder Lake awaits you through our Living room and dining room windows, as well as our spacious balcony on this 2nd floor condo.

But odds are you won't be staying in the condo much, not with all the types of activities available to you. During the winter months, bring your skis and other winter gear, because Boulder Mountain Ski Resort is on the Lake, visible from our parking lot and offering ski runs, snowboarding, other kid's activities and a lodge with restaurant and fireplace. We are also near Jack Frost (19 minutes away, offering 9 lifts and 20 slopes, including Black Diamond and Green Circle trails, and snow tubing). Since Big Boulder and Jack Frost are owned by the same company, lift tickets are accepted at both facilities. Camelback, 28 minutes away, also offers skiing, snowboarding, and tubing.

During the fall, we have other activities to please all your family members, including music festivals, hiking trails, mountain biking, and Jim Thorpe, a quaint town with lots to do. Split Rock's H2Oooohh indoor waterpark, Kalahari indoor waterpark and Camelback's Aquatopia indoor and Mountain outdoor water parks are open all year 'round.

During the Summer, bring your swim gear, as renters can enjoy the private swimming pool, kiddie pool and large hot tub. In addition, our private Boulder Lake Club offers swimming pools, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, fishing, boating, and more activities available for fees.

When you're done with the day's activities, a comfortable residence awaits you. We have new furniture for your enjoyment (a King-sized bed in the Master BR, two twin beds in the guest BR, a queen sofa bed and two-recliner sofa in the living room) and a newly deep cleaned carpet throughout. There is room to accommodate up to 6 guests. WiFi and cable is provided, and a fully equipped kitchen is also there for your use, as is an electric grill. Towels and bed linens are provided for you and your guests to use in the condo.

Our previous satisfied guests say it all: they had a wonderful time at our place, and many are repeaters, so don't wait long. We're seeing fall foliage now, and winter is right around the corner!

This condo was clean and fresh, with a gorgeous view of the lake. The neighborhood was friendly. Our host was communicative during our stay, and prior to sent a detailed list of the neighborhood rules, how to enter the parking lot and the condo, and several recommended places to eat. It was one of the most enjoyable vacations I've had and look forward to returning!

Wonderful experience!
Me and my family have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s property! Everything there is great! The condo is fully stocked with everything one would need. The area is beautiful with so much to do. But even if you don’t do anything and just sit on the balcony and enjoy the view you would still have an amazing time. Ken is very quick to reply to any question you might have. Overall a great place that I highly recommend!!

Boulder Lake View Condo
This condo location is good, being very close to restaurants and activities in the area. I gave an overall rating of 4 stars. The view of Boulder Lake is great, however the living room, dining room windows are very dirty, impairing the view. The view from the balcony is great, however the sliding door glass dirty and the sliding screen door is broken. The interior..the 3 living room sofa's are old and were covered with throw's. The kitchen...we found only 2 glasses matched, silverware old, toaster was ancient & dirty as was toaster oven...microwave and stove were good and operated well. Carpeting throughout the entire condo was so..so. Both bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Based upon the cost per day..this unit was a good value for the money.

Winter Getaway
This was a perfect long weekend winter getaway. The condo was perfectly described and had everything we needed. Walking distance to Boulder View Tavern and a short drive to other restaurants. Skiing can be as close as a mile or 45 minutes to Elk. Ken was a wonderful host!

Great Location for family stay at Big Boulder Lake
My family had a good time staying in this property. The pool was very close walk and the view of the lake was great from the balcony. We did have some HVAC issues but the owner was very responsive. Close to everything and nice walking paths.

We enjoyed our stay in Ken's property. He is a great host who communicates quickly and provided a lot of support. The condo is well located, close to both the complex amenities, a great view of the lake, and a short walk to Boulder Lake Club. It is well appointed (Keurig), has all the needed accessories. The internet was good as well. The unit is comfortable for 4. We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place!!
Check in was easy, finding the place was easy. The view is spectacular. The home is modest and has everything you would ever need on a vacation. The owners are very responsive and gave us first timers to the Poconos a lot of helpful information including their recommendations for dining. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
