This is a very comfortable casita and the view of the lake from the sliding glass door is the best feature of all. We loved sitting on the patio watching the sunset over the lake. The hosts are helpful and kind. Their dogs are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Our stay was very nice.
Our stay was very nice. Great property and location. The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed during our week-long stay. The owners have four dogs, and we enjoyed interacting with them, as they were friendly. Two things need to be noted. The hot tub was never hot, so we were not able to use it. The other issue was the dogs would bark early in the morning and at bed time - close to our cottage. All in all, my wife and I agreed that we would stay there again in the future.

Just right for two! Quiet location and attentive host. Impressed that there are plenty of linens and just enough kitchen stuff. We made a lot of simple meals. Pool area is very nice…. Weather was not 😖. As this home is up in the hills, we were able to us a cab service to do a night on the town. Will stay again if we get the chance.

The property was very comfortable and the owners friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not heated during the winter and that should be noted. An upgrade on the towels is needed, but there were lots of them. A suggestion for a lighted mirror in the bathroom would be helpful. Overall, we were happy with our stay!!!

Little to complain about
The property is beautiful with a great view of the sunset each night. The pool and hot tub are a great amenity. Had occasional conversations with the property owner, he’s a very kind gentleman with great response to any concerns. The dogs were a treat for us, their brief visits were fun and friendly. The cottage is perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed for cooking a few meals rather than eating out. My only complaint is the bed. It’s in serious need of an upgrade. It’s quite uncomfortable and makes a lot of noise when rolling over. Overall a very nice stay.

We rented this guest house for the weekend and it was terrific! The house was clean and the pool was right outside of the door. The host was very accommodating and even suggested a great breakfast spot in Havasu City. We would stay there again, for sure.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the property. The Cassida is a beautiful guest house facing views of lake Havasu and sprawling mountains. The property has a full kitchen stocked with pretty much all you’ll need to prepare a meal. Cable tv with movie channels was great when we wanted to unwind. Our favorite feature was the fire pit, we were able to purchase fire wood at the local gas station. The hosts were attentive and it was evident they wanted us to enjoy our stay and we definitely did. We will most certainly be back!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the casita. The host was very communicative and the place was nice. The bed was a little rickety or at least sounded that way. There is no dishwasher but that was not an issue for us. We very disappointed with the strength of the wi-fi. You cannot stream anything and I would not recommend trying to work from the casita. This would not be an issue for anyone who is out and about a lot. Overall, it was a nice stay.
