What a fantastic property manager!!
Publié le 4 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was great, very clean and in a nice neighborhood. We had difficulty with the TV/Wifi on a rainy day and Kassandra came over to help. She and Corey got us fixed up. We had a wonderful time from our "base camp" in Lake Havasu City. We went to Oatman, AZ one day to see the burros, we took the Topock Gorge boat tour whch was great and we visited River Island State Park and Buckskin Mtn State Park- great hikes at both. Thanks to Kassandra and her staff and making out time in Lake Havasu City so much fun. The spa/hot tub was wonderful also.

Great stay at the Casita
Publié le 25 août 2023 sur HomeAwayAmazingly clean with new modern features. Super chill and relaxing outside space to do so during a hot and dry Arizona night.
The entire Casita gave off an incredibly inviting ambiance even with not a lot of sq footage to do so.
Bathroom and kitchen are beautifully done and make you think you're in a much larger property.
Unfortunately the spa tub wouldn't work correctly, but I got in at ambient temperature anyways which was quite refreshing at 84-85 degrees.
Would highly recommend The Casita to any other solo travelers or possible parties of 2.
If I'm ever back in Lake Havasu it will be at the Casita no second thoughts about it.

Very well stocked with every thing you'd need to cook, relax, sleep soundly, and enjoy Havasu. The private back patio has solar-powered tiki torches, beautiful pavers, plenty of comfy seating, a gas grill, and other really nice touches. The manager was super-responsive. I'm already looking at availability to book our next stay!
