Great Location!
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was a great central location and close to the boat launches. The property was clean and perfect for our weekend stay. The complex felt safe and secure to unhitch our boat and let our kids play around outside. The only downfall for us was the parking. The complex is small and there is minimal parking for large vehicles and larger sized boats. The streets are narrow and a lot of the curb parking is painted red. We did have some noisy neighbors that partied all night but they may have been renters as well, just something to take into consideration when renting a condo. Otherwise, the condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed, the pool was nice, and the host was prompt at responding and providing information. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet, Peaceful, Reinvigorating
Publié le 7 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis condo was extremely quiet, just what I needed. The people in other condos were friendly, too. The condo is close to the lake and a short drive to downtown. The bed was super comfortable. The managers/owners were quick to communicate about small issues. Would definitely recommend it.

Great Place!
Publié le 8 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayAwesome little place! Super clean which is a huge plus. Location is great as we had friends at the Islander so we were walking distance. Easy parking for boat and trailer. Perfect for my little family. Definitely would stay again. We have stayed in many places in Havasu and this has by far been a favorite!

Everything you need, super clean and convenient

The "Cool" Lake Condo

The condo met every expectation with all necessities, and a HUGE plus was the communication and customer service with our property manager. Angela really cared about our experience. I travel often and notice things that are most important in returning to a location. This property, and experience is one that I will definitely return to and forward to family and friends. :)

Great Father's Day Weekend
Publié le 21 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at this condo over Father's Day weekend...family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 10 & 12). We've stayed at the Nautical Estates before and love the location. It's a short drive to Lake Havasu Marina launch ramp and London Bridge...very convenient.
The condo was very neat and clean. Everything worked great (TVs, AC, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). It was also well stocked. Excellent communication with the owner, Angela. It was as described. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo for overflow family
