Was roomed on north side of hotel , there was a stone and concrete company across the street and about 5-6 am the noise was terrible ,large trucks making noise , back up alarms, workers yelling, forklifts roaring around loading trucks .

The staff who checked us in and who assisted me with my request were very helpful, professional, and friendly even though I can tell they were short staffed. The room we got was clean esp. the bathroom. They offer a variety of breakfast to choose from which was really good. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit Lake Havasu. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our stay.

The property and accommodations looked “okay” in the photos, but it was dirty in person. No elevator to second floor, dogs barking in the next room. Breakfast was very very limited. I would not stay here again.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Stayed in 3 hotels that week for a family trip and the newest hotel had the worst bed. Huge and I mean huge room. Easily sleep 20 people comfortably for spring break or July 4th. Currently under renovation but did not negatively impact our stay.

Only downside was some construction on updating, really did not affect our stay much. Excellent staff, very helpful. HEIDI was able to set us up in a ground floor room with our pup, stairs to original second floor room too much for old knees. THANKS
