As seen on Bravo's Vanderpump Rules! Casa Havasu by Boutiq is your 4500 sq. ft. home desert oasis and just a 5-minute drive to beautiful Lake Havasu. Bordering the golf course, Casa Havaus features natural light and an open floor plan to deliver a grand and natural zen feeling. Casa Havasu is where family and friends come together to relax and enjoy the best of life at the lake.

Keep cool by the pool and a newly-installed backyard misting system, complete with foggers by the pool and hot tub.

The Space:
Casa Havasu accommodates 14 guests comfortably across 2 living rooms and 6 bedrooms with premium Leesa mattresses and luxury Brooklinen bedding.

Perfect for large group and family gatherings, gather within one of the spacious living areas complete with abundant seating and big screen smart TVs. Every Boutiq home is fully equipped and stocked chef's kitchen. The chef's kitchen is the perfect space to prepare unforgettable meals and comes outfitted with top of the line appliances.

Enjoy a movie with family by the pool while you grill and chill -- the perfect evening activity around the home.

A large driveway and massive garage provide ample parking for all guest vehicles and lake craft.

Guest Access:
Guests will enter through the front door with a lock code sent the morning of check-in. Guests have access to the entire home and property, including the private pool and hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
House is just a few minutes to Lake Havasu and downtown, including the famous bridge.

Getting Around:
Rental car is highly recommended as Lake Havasu's ride-share services are limited.

Other Things to Note:
1) We Are Dog Friendly (Dogs Only)
You're welcome to bring up to 5 dogs total. The pet fee is $185 for the stay, plus any applicable taxes. This fee helps ensure the home is thoroughly cleaned and free of allergens for future guests.
Please remember that dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. If excessive pet hair is found that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, additional charges may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any pets other than dogs.

2) Cameras:
Outdoor cameras are used for security purposes and are checked only in case of emergency. Cameras are not used to monitor guest behavior, nor do they face inside the home.

3) Coffee:
All Boutiq homes provide a drip coffee maker along with premium ground coffee. This home does NOT have a Keurig.

4) Other notes about the home:
- Pool heating is free of charge and is controlled by tablet
- Guests have access to and may use the multi-car, 63-foot deep RV garage

Can’t wait to come back

After one night in this beautiful home, we wished we’d planned a longer stay. Casa Havasu was the perfect place for our vacation with family and friends. The home is gorgeous, clean, and in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. It is perfectly stocked while leaving plenty of space to store your own things. You won’t be left waiting or guessing about anything as the management company sends you everything you need to know by text and email. This was our best VRBO experience ever! We really can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful property. There was plenty of room for our two families to spread out and relax. The bunk room was a big hit with our kids. The property owners were quick to respond to any of our questions while we were at the property. The only negative thing we had happen was the pool had a leak on the second day of our seven day stay and we were not able to use it for the remainder of our stay, as it was to cold to use without the heater.

Wonderful home away from home!

We had 4 families staying at this property and never felt crowded. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was great for our teens and the Casita off of the pool was great for our friends and their young daughter. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully designed and not overly decorated. There were adequate dishes, although we ended up purchasing, and leaving 2 large pots for a pasta night. The air conditioned garage was insane! We bring a large enclosed trailer and were able to park it with our truck attached and still had plenty of room to work on machines and hang out. The pool and outdoor area were perfect. We enjoyed the misters and the convenience of the iPad to operate the spa, pool and misters. Two small requests would to have more bath and kitchen towels to replace any that were being washed in one of the TWO laundry rooms and lastly, the pillows were very plush which was uncomfortable for some of us so we ended up purchasing some at Walmart. This house and location were absolutely perfect and managed by a great company who responded promptly to the couple questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here.
