Great property
We enjoyed our stay in Lake Havasu. The house was incredibly clean and we were able to walk to the park and to restaurants. We also took the advice in the Owner’s Manual and hiked Sara’s Crack. Our group of 7 ranged from age 11 to 47 and we all climbed down a rope and walked through cold water to make it through Sara’s Crack. The trail was beautiful!

Complete disappointment and far too expensive!
While the home is spacious and accommodated our two families, we experienced multiple issues during our Memorial weekend stay and DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE. We contacted the property management company regarding several issues during our stay and still have not received response. As a result, we checked out early. Having paid a premium for the holiday weekend, we expected the home to be clean, well-appointed, and organized. What we experienced was dirty floors, poorly draining showers (we stood in 4” of water while showering), a moth infestation in two bedrooms and a bathroom, ants in the sheets of the bunk beds, a dirty, unusable swimming pool, inexpensive, uncomfortable linens and pillows, an unusable outdoor grill which caught fire as soon as we ignited the burners, and outdoor furniture in disarray. The home was poorly stocked with very little toilet paper, only a few kitchen trash bags, and very few bathroom linens. The ice maker in the refrigerator was frozen solid. In general, this home’s caretakers lack attention to detail and have complete disregard for the quality of experience of their guests.

We had a wonderful stay - fabulous house with plenty of room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub - lots of outdoor space. Close to lake, London Bridge and downtown. Beautiful view and sunsets!

Great Space!
Great home & location! Worked out great for my sisters and our families. Had a minor issue with plumbing while there and was taken care of as soon as they were able to (was a Sunday). The kids had a blast in the pool (too cold for me!). And the overall space was just great! Would recommend for sure!

Amazing Home and Amazing View
We had eight adults, and all had plenty of space and privacy to be comfortable. The host was amazing, and the view even more amazing. We were a close walk to the water, close to the grocery stores, and close to numerous restaurants. The pictures do not do this place justice. There were many memories made on the beautiful deck, around the nice big kitchen table, and in the spacious living room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could ever need, including pots, pans, glasses, silverware, bowls, etc. and any spices you would need as well. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool because it was so cold (50 degrees) and it did not have the capability to be heated. We also had some issues with the hot tub not being maintained. The owner was very nice and sent a beautiful basket for the inconvenience, but we were there for a month. And with the colder weather, we really could have used the pool and spa. I still would highly recommend this place, and I’m hopeful that the owner will be able to get the issues with the pool and hot tub resolved.

Really nice location. The house is great but needs some repairs. The jacuzzi was not working which was not stated in the listing. The spare refrigerator stopped working. One dining chair was really broken and a couple others were iffy. The 2nd upstairs bathroom door latch wouldn't latch or lock. The shower/tub drain was super slow in that bathroom.

Rooms with the VIEW!
What a fabulous rental! We loved the spacious living spaces especially the downstairs unit for our married kids so they could have their own space. The views were picture perfect with stunning sunsets every night. Close to everything, room for our small dogs, and everything we could need for a perfect vacation. Owner was readily available when we had and issue and it was remedied immediately. Super nice. This will be a yearly tradition for our family for sure.

Amazing stay!
We came to Havasu for my fiancé’s birthday with the boat in tow. This was the perfect place to celebrate with our friends for the weekend! It is so close to everything you may need. We were only 5 mines away from the boat ramp and it was so nice to be able to park the boat and trailer at the house. Even though we were on the lake most of the day, it was perfect to come cool off in the pool and hangout all night. Highly recommend and we will be back!
