Needs Improvement!
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsFirst off my room seemed great when I arrived however after settling in I noticed the shampoo dispenser was in the tub/shower it fell off and apparently this is a known problem it seems the adhesive is not sticky enough! Second my shower faucet wouldn’t turn off completely. Third I purchased a Breakfast w/ my hotel yet the morning manager couldn’t find it or give me the coupon I needed. I told the food manager on duty and she waived it both times supposedly. On the plus side my view was spectacular, the patio view was amazing!

room had raw food in the closet and microwave, no toilet paper and it seemed like they did not do a good cleaning to room. i was offered another room but still should be more cautious.

It was convenient with access to food shopping and my daughter. I did not like. We were there to move her and really would have loved the jacuzzi whirlpool which was broken and the same temp as the pool! Also the laundry washer was broken. We understood the two day housekeeping but the day we were due we left early, I took the do not disturb sign off our door. When we returned, the do not disturb sign was on the door and the room was not clean. Trash full, no new towels. We returned late so they could t help us. Disappointing!
