We were given 2 queen beds in place of our king which we disliked as we reserved a king. Close to Sanford. Very clean updated rooms.

It was obvious that the bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The pool and hot tub had dirty water and with leaves in them. Furthermore, the hot tub jets were on and it was cold! Staff was nice but explained that they have been having a lot of issues with it.

Booked a spacious king bedroom for am extremely good price on Expedia. Nice staff, clean and modern, and a good breakfast included in the price. A great value compared to many hotels in the area.

When booking this hotel it was stated that they had been going through construction but that it would be completed by the time we arrived. It was not. Half of the parking lot was full of debris and trash making it unsafe to drive through. The floor we were on half of it was completely trashed. There was no access to ice machine, vending etc. and the noise was non stop. We also never had house keeping.
