Facility inside of the comfort suites as well-maintained and clean however, on the outside felt unsafe

The room smelled. The door did not close fully. There was insulation or something coming out of it under the latch. Requested a refund since I stayed only five minutes. Did not feel safe. Have not received a response to my refund.

Free parking and continental breakfast. It was what we were expecting based on prior reviews. Could definitely use new pillows in the room. Not very clean overall.

The staff were friendly although only one spoke English. The breakfast was good but the vending machines didn’t work. The bed was nice but the floor was dirty and sticky. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, only one lightbulb in the uncovered ceiling light. The door scraped against the toilet. No one cleaned the room or replaced used towels the entire four days we stayed.
