Not so good
Publié le 27 mars 2024 sur HotelsLocation was good. Otherwise I would not call this a resort. Room mediocre, must have needed a more expensive room to get more of resort feel. Evening and morning with no internet, no tv, no phone. Nasty hair in supposed clean towels.

Horrid bed/pillows FREEZING pool
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HotelsPillows are the most uncomfortable I have EVER felt. Could not even use them they were so huge. My husband agreed. Beds and bedding were extremely uncomfortable. We both hardly slept at all. I booked this resort for my son to use their ondoor pool. It was so cold we could not swim. If it had been warmer I could have definitely overlooked the bed situtation. There also was a small arcade in the pool area which would have been nice but NONE of the games worked. On a positive note the restaurant was awesome!!

We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoyed The Encore restaurant. All of our pillows and bed linens, etc. are brand new, and most guests give rave reviews about them. First time we've ever heard a complaint about a pillow being too big; they are all King size pillows. As for the pool, it is a heated pool and we had several guests using it all this past week that really enjoyed it. Thanks again for your feedback.

Room was beat up and rodent bait box outside the door. Creepy vibe’ stay in building 3 Literature says breakfast, but that’s only on the weekend where as paperwork says daily? Will never come back and never recommend

Clint, we apologize that we didn't meet your expectations. During our off season we only serve breakfast on the weekends. However, if guest come to the desk asking we are more than happy to set out/grab whatever our guest would like. We do set out boxes at the end of all of our buildings, as we like to take our own precautions. Again we are truly sorry your stay wasn't satisfying.

Decent enough
Publié le 25 mars 2024 sur HotelsStaff was great. Cleanliness of room was basic, meaning nothing visibly disturbing to the eye, but details are being overlooked regularly which is causing build up. We were in building 2, which appears to have gone through an "economic" renovation at some point in time. Vinyl floors instead of carpet, which is good but they need to be mopped. Tub has been glazed, but is now peeling. Bed platforms sound like they are metal because they creak and clank as you sit or move. But mattresses and bedding are comfortable enough.
