I stayed in this hotel for one night when I had booked for two nights due to my father being hospitalized. I have called multiple times asking to speak to the manager for a re fundThey always state that they’ll call me back but never do. Every time I was for a manager it’s always a different person. They’re refusing to give me back the money for the night that I didn’t stay there. Be careful who you do business with.

First off all we are very sorry for your inconvenience. As a part of refund policy we are following the company rules and regulation. We always try our level best to accommodate the guest request. In your part of request you have to be honest with how many guest including children’s. As a one time courtesy we did waive the occupancy to total number of guest 6. After reviewing your total payout and additional guest there is no credit or refund we can apply. Hope you understand the rules and policy and thank you so much for your business .

Pillows had stains. Fridge was covered in rust. Bath area was dusty. Staff was friendly but that was it.

First of all we would kindly appreciate you if you had address the issue during your stay. you lest your pet unattended alone in the room which is not acceptable. all the guest had complain about barking noise due to your pets leave alone in the room. please be kind when you approach other business reputation due to your own issue. we appreciate only a honest review. kindly request not to ruin our reputation and please do not leave your pets in a room unattended. Thank you
