This newly built, spacious studio apartment is in the prestigious Signal Hill neighborhood between Lake Placid and Mirror Lakes. STR-210003
It features gorgeous views of Whiteface Mountain and the Lake and is fully furnished with a queen bed and a sofa bed. It is five minutes from Main Street, Lake Placid, full of shopping, dining, swimming, and boating activities. It is a place for a cozy getaway for two guests, those who enjoy local meals and a relaxed atmosphere. Plenty of car parking is available.

Winter Wonderland
This studio was sparkling clean. It had everything we needed for a midweek getaway. The setting was very peaceful, and we were treated to a beautiful snowfall. Perfect for a two-some!
Our first visit to Lake Placid and we were lucky enough to stay at this wonderful little apartment. A small space made bigger with a bank of windows, beautiful artwork, and designed with comfort in mind. The saying "good things come in small packages" fits it perfectly. It's location is close to the downtown area with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and the Olympic Center and the area's natural beauty shines with all sorts of activities and adventures to be had close by. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this cozy and comfortable rental.

We really enjoyed our stay and the way we can walk to many of the interesting areas of Lake Placid. Run around mirror Lake? Stroll main street? Reserve a restaurant and be there 10 minutes later on foot? Go to the public beach? All do-able from this location. It is up on the hill so make sure you can walk it up! It is super clean also. Thx.

This studio is much better than a hotel room. The kitchen was perfect for breakfast and coffee, and loved the little table for two for eating. The location is convenient and yet private. It was perfect for us for a weekend getaway, will definitely consider returning.

This place was exactly what I wanted, very clean and very new. Walking distance to Lake Placid Main Street. Seamless check in and check out. Responsive hosts. I came to the area for road cycling, and the host provided a secure place to stow my bike. I would totally return and recommend this place.
