Over delivered!
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHost was excellent in all respects. Property is clean and manicured. Inside was clean and decorated to theme. Has a nice little gift store on the property. As a treat a train chugged by twice on the tracks behind the Simpsonville Station caboose.

Great stay at the Caboose

bug issue

Dear VRBO, Mary and Terry Jenkins were not happy campers. They didn't have one nice thing to say about the Simpsonville Station, that was very disappointing to me because the place is beautiful! All my reviews have been wonderful. Their complaint was about the blind mosquitoes, which are really bad this summer in Florida. An infestation is a bit of an exaggeration! They only stayed two nights. I had my cleaning crew go in right after they left and do a very thorough cleaning job. After that, I followed up with my exterminator. I assured the Jenkins that I would rectify the situation. I told them I never had this issue before, in the four years I've been listed with VRBO and I would do everything I could to make sure it doesn't happen again. I told them I was a premier host and was very proud of that. Not much else I could do. Thank you, Jerry

Fun, Cozy, and well equipped

Publié le 29 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOne of a kind, unique property. Restored caboose by master craftsman. Really nice relaxing 2 day stay. Although we didn’t use it, it’s always a plus to have a washer and dryer on site. We give this stay an A+
