The kitchen is fully equipped with a center island and lots of space to prepare meals for dining at home. The dining room with a kings table is surrounded by windows, allowing for a great dining experience with views!

The Town of North Elba, Village of Lake Placid has adopted new Short-Term Vacation Rental Regulations that include rental parking limitations for the maximum number of motor vehicles allowed on the property. Parking is NOT permitted on any part of the lawn or on any part of a sidewalk and like other communities the ordinance asks that you obey all regulations when parking in public.
