I didn’t like that the room 218 was out dated on the entertainment center with the tv it was blocking to where you can see from one side of the room no space in the bathroom

Smoking in the boys room

The TV didn't work and that was ok because I was there for a peaceful weekend to do some work on my master's degree. The main issue was all rooms are nonsmoking. If that is the case, why are you letting everyone there smoke Marijuana in their rooms? If you want a quick contact high, stay in room 110 or 112 so you will be in between the desk clerks smoke andnthe other guests smoke.

The water is unsafe. It’s brown. Receptionist says it’s the water system and not the hotel. We can’t do anything about it. It’s been like that for years.

After doing further investigation, we could not find any truth to what you are claiming. The water coming into the hotel is not brown color but instead a clear normal color. The hotel uses the city of Lake Village water so the water is cleaned and treated by the city. We do apologize but we could not find any evidence to what you are claiming. Upon arrival the experience went down hill. I had been travelling for 9 hours and needed to use the restroom upon arrival. I ask the attendant for directions to the restroom while he checked me in, and he told me the area where the guest restrooms were located were locked. I asked him to allow me access and he told me that he would just check me in and I could use the restroom in the room. That is totally pathetic and certainly not customer friendly. Then to find out I was put on the second floor and there is no elevator. After one night, we began to itch and bumps began to show up like flea bites.

In regards to the restroom being locked, there was nothing the hotel staff could have done to open the door as that door is locked outside of breakfast hours. We do apologize that you feel that way. We checked into room 205 and it smelled overwhelmingly of marijuana and we immediately asked to be moved to another room…the clerk was very accommodating and wondered why her own staff had not notified her. New room was OK, with obvious large stains on the only chair in the room. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and came off at the corner every time I got up. We are not having the bare bones granola bar and apple complimentary breakfast. Tonight I hope to have other choices besides Wyndham on our trip.

Good Place for Sleeping
