A delightful property.

We were able to walk to town and the beach, it was spacious and clean, and the host has thought to provide everything you could possibly need. I especially liked the robe and slippers as they are bulky items to pack when suitcase space is limited. I would definitely return.

Fabulous Farm Style!

& lights. The host checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed, & to make sure that everything was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend!

As one who has relied on reviews for accurate decision making, I felt it important to provide our honest feedback. On the positive side, the owner is uber responsive, the shower head is great and the kitchen is well equipped. However in our view the unit is not furnished with “elegant, high quality materials” and feels smaller and less comfortable than anticipated based on the photos. The backyard patio furniture is tired and in need of a refresh. My review is not intended to disparage the owner. In fact, the host was so anxious to address our disappointment, they offered us compensation in exchange for not disclosing our concerns. Instead I leave this review in support of the reviewer community. This property may work for others, it just wasn’t a fit for us.

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We are currently addressing the concerns you raised regarding the patio furniture and are in the process of replacing it with new furniture. Additionally, we have recently acquired a new Weber grill to enhance the outdoor experience for our guests.
Regarding your comment about compensation, we want to clarify that offering compensation in exchange for not disclosing concerns is not part of our practice. Our goal is always to address guest concerns promptly and effectively, regardless of whether compensation is involved.
About the size of the unit and furniture, we want to assure you that the photos provided in our listing are recent and accurately represent the space. We take great care to ensure that our listings reflect the true character and dimensions of our property. However, we understand that individual preferences may differ, and we apologize if the size or furniture did not meet your expectations

Five star all around

The place was newly refurbished and everything was brand new. there were great little touches including snacks left for us, robes and slippers and a vanity. The owner was the most accommodating owner I have ever dealt with. She was just wonderful.

Nice bungalow for a getaway.

COZY
Publié le 6 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe property was a cozy getaway close to the beach. It promoted relaxation because you had a choice of driving to the beach or simply relaxing in the back yard. The host provided you chairs, towels and an umbrella for the beach and lounge chairs, a grill and shade for relaxation on the property. We enjoyed it!!

Paradise

Not only was this the best area, it was also the best rental. We intentionally picked rentals around the same size and $$$. This rental was the BEST. Close to beach, clean, private, comfortable bed,great shower, lovely backyard, and it had everything we needed. The absolute best communication we have had. Not 1 complaint about our stay.
