Fridge did not work. Not able to contact host as they gave me the incorrect code to get in. Was not in great condition. Lots of bugs I had to kill. I literally cleaned everything- could not take a shower it was filthy. I didn’t even spend the whole time as it was dreary

Avoid at all costs! This was, without a doubt, the worst rental experience I've ever had. The front door was a complete joke with its wooden frame swollen, so much so that you could only kick it open from the outside. Worse yet, once I shut it from the inside, it wouldn’t reopen. I was forced to sleep with my door open at night, completely compromising my safety and peace of mind. The house itself was filthy, infested with centipedes (both dead and alive), crawling in through the gap under the door because the door didn’t even fit properly. Disgusting doesn’t even begin to describe the state of this place. I reached out to the host twice, and they couldn’t even bother to respond. No care, no responsibility. An ironing board that was supposed to be included? Nowhere to be found. A working TV? Forget it—the thing resets every few minutes, making it impossible to watch anything. I escalated my complaints to VRBO, and guess what? They didn’t care either. It’s crystal clear that neither the host nor the platform gives a damn about their customers—they’re just out to take your money. I'm not the first to experience these issues, but hopefully, I’ll be the last. Do yourself a favor: believe the bad reviews and stay far, far away from this disaster of a property. It should be taken off the market immediately.

Cute and Quaint

The property is just as described; a tiny house. Even though I am a 6'4, 225 lbs plus man, I felt very comfortable in the tiny house. Did my head hit the ceiling at some areas Yes but I expected that. Another good thing about the property is the host. Gus was very responsive and great at communicating every time I need it to address a Minor issue in that property. I will be staying there in the future should the need arise. I do recommend it but just note the description is accurate a tiny house. ~vea

Just Ok

If you need a stable wifi connection for example you work from home or go to school online I wouldn’t recommend this location. The TV would disconnect from the wifi multiple times throughout my 15 day stay. Gnats everywhere, killed 8 water bugs, owner did offer pest control but I was not available to go to another location for a night. I purchased gnat spray,traps and a mop. Odd odors, a constant wet dog smell. The place has potential but in my opinion it is not vrbo ready for guests. Very dirty laundry room. If you are ok with “ roughing it” then this place is fine. I had to make it work but definitely have had better vrbo experiences for a cheaper price. Just ok.

Tiny Unit

The location was very convenient to Lake Worth restaurants, beach and activities. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable. The area was quiet. Some items could have been better in the unit: a small table in the kitchen so I didn't have to carry meals upstairs to the bedroom to eat off the night table. The bathroom had a very low ceiling so someone over 5' 6" has to duck. A towel bar and robe hook would be helpful. As a senior citizen, I would have preferred having a railing when I walked up and down the stairs to the bedroom. The address provided said #3, but after knocking on the wrong door, they said it was unit B. Also the lock/combo could have been disclosed before I arrived.
